Each club sets its own cancellation rules. You can see them at checkout, in your confirmation email, and when you tap Cancel on a booking.
At checkout (app)
On the Checkout screen, tap Cancellation and other policies.
Read Club cancellation policy. It says how many hours before the start the deadline is, and what percentage you get back before and after it.
When you cancel
Tap Cancel on the booking. Before you confirm, the app tells you exactly what percentage you'll get back.
In your confirmation email
Near the bottom, under Club Cancellation Policy.
Good to know
If the club refunds to a club wallet, the policy says so.
Rules can be different for courts and matches, activities and private coaching, and members may have better rules.
If a club has set no rule, you get 100% back when you cancel.
The checkout on the player website doesn't show the policy. Check your email or ask the club.
Clubs may also publish their terms on their own website.
