Some clubs choose to refund cancellations as club wallet credit instead of money back to your card. When you cancel at one of these clubs, the refund is added to a wallet you can spend at the club.
How it works
The policy at checkout shows Club wallet refund, and the cancel message says "Club refund setting set to club wallet - you'll receive credit you can use for future purchases at this club."
Your card is charged in full, and the refund appears straight away as wallet credit.
Find the credit under Profile → Wallets.
Good to know
Wallet credit has an expiry date. Check it on the wallet under Expiry dates.
Automatic cancellations (when not enough players join) are always refunded to your original payment method, not to a wallet.
Only your club can change a wallet refund into a card refund. Ask the club.
