Open the booking and tap Cancel. Before you confirm, the app tells you what percentage you'll get back under the club's cancellation rules.
Cancel a booking
Open the Profile tab.
Under Upcoming, tap the booking. Tap View all to see more.
Tap Cancel at the bottom.
Read the refund message, for example "You're cancelling before the deadline and will therefore receive a 100% refund."
Tap Confirm cancellation.
You'll see "Booking cancelled" and get a cancellation email.
Lead booker or joined player?
Court booking, lead booker: cancelling cancels the whole booking for everyone. Players who paid their part get back at least the same percentage as you.
Joined player: you only leave your own spot (Cancel your spot?).
Matches where players pay their part: if the lead booker leaves, only their spot is cancelled and the match continues.
Matches paid in full: if the lead booker cancels, the match is cancelled for everyone.
How much you get back
The club sets a cancellation deadline, for example 24 hours before the start, and how much you get back before and after it.
If the club hasn't set any rule, you get 100% back.
Extras such as racket hire are always refunded in full.
If the club refunds to a club wallet, you get wallet credit instead of money back on your card.
Once a payment has been charged, the technology fee isn't refunded.
Good to know
You can cancel a court booking, private lesson or league match until it starts. Matches and activities can lock earlier. See "Why can't I cancel or leave my booking?".
