Why can't I book this time, or see more days ahead?

The club rules that decide which dates, times and lengths you can book, and what to do about them.

Written by Nettla

Each club decides how far ahead you can book, which times you can book and for how long. If a date or time doesn't appear, it is usually outside the club's booking window, not priced for you, or already taken.

Common reasons

  • Too far ahead. You can only book a set number of days ahead. New days are released at a set time each day. Members may be able to book further ahead.

  • Members-only times. Some times are only available to members. If you're not a member, those times simply don't appear.

  • Not the right length. The club sets a shortest and longest booking. A length isn't offered if it would leave a gap too short to book before the next booking.

  • Already booked. Times without a free court aren't shown.

  • Booking limit reached. The club limits how much you can book. Cancel one of your bookings or pick another time.

  • Blocked. If you see "You are blocked from this club", contact the club.

What you can do

  • Try another day, time, length or court, or remove filters.

  • Set a court alert to be told when a court becomes free. See "How do I get an alert when a court becomes free?".

  • Ask your club about its booking rules or memberships.

Good to know

Nettla can't change a club's booking rules or open extra times. Only the club can.
