There's no switch for notifications inside the app. To turn all notifications on or off, use your phone's settings for the Nettla app. To stop marketing messages from a club, use Marketing preferences.
Turn all notifications on or off
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Nettla.
Android: Settings → Apps → Nettla → Notifications.
Logging out of the app also stops notifications on that phone.
Stop marketing from a club
Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
Tap Marketing preferences.
Switch off the club.
Tap Save.
This stops the club's announcements, offers and suggestions such as "Spot open" match alerts. You still get messages about your own bookings.
Notifications you'll get
Booking confirmations, invitations, and players joining or leaving.
A reminder about 6 hours before your booking (not if you booked less than 6 hours before).
Cancellations, and waitlist places opening up.
Score reports and confirmations after matches.
Friend requests, messages and reactions.
League, membership and reward updates.
Club announcements, if you haven't switched them off.
See your notifications
Tap the bell at the top right of the Profile tab. Swipe left on a notification to delete it.
Good to know
Keep notifications switched on so you hear about court alerts and waitlist places in time. Messages only arrive as push notifications.
