It depends on whether your card had already been charged. If the money was only reserved, the reservation is released and no refund appears on your statement. If you'd been charged, a refund is sent straight away and usually reaches your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
1. The money was only reserved: it is released
Nothing was charged, so no money comes back. The pending amount disappears from your account, usually within a few days depending on your bank. It works like a hotel hold that vanishes.
2. A partial refund on a reservation: a smaller charge
If you get part of the money back while it's still reserved, you're only charged the part the club keeps. You see a smaller charge, not a refund.
3. You had been charged: a real refund
You see a refund (a + amount) on your statement. We send it immediately, but your bank decides when it appears, usually within 5–10 working days.
4. Club wallet
Money you paid from a club wallet goes back to that wallet straight away.
Some clubs refund cancellations as club wallet credit instead of to your card. See "Why did my refund go to my club wallet instead of my card?".
Which one applies to me?
Bookings are charged about 4 hours after the session ends, or 6 days after you paid if that's sooner. If you cancelled before then, the money was still reserved. Open the payment under Profile → Purchases to see its status.
Can it be made faster?
No. Once a refund is sent, your bank controls when it appears. If it hasn't arrived after 10 working days, contact Nettla support with the booking details and we'll check it.
