Where can I find my previous purchases?

See every payment you've made, filter by status and open a payment to see its details, receipt or what's still unpaid.

All your payments are under Profile → Purchases, newest first. You can filter them and tap any payment to see its details.

Find your purchases

  1. Open the Profile tab.

  2. Scroll down and tap Purchases.

  3. Tap a payment to see its details.

Filter the list

  • Tap a status: All, Paid, Unpaid, Refunded or Cancelled.

  • Tap the filter icon to sort, or to filter by type or date.

What a payment shows

  • Its status, such as Reserved, Paid or Refunded.

  • Payment details (how you paid), Payment date and any discount.

  • Download receipt, when a receipt is available.

Unpaid items

If anything is unpaid, the Purchases row shows an Unpaid badge. Unpaid payments show the amount in red with (pay now). See "How do I pay for something marked Unpaid?".

Good to know

  • In a club's own app you only see purchases at that club. The Nettla app shows purchases at all clubs it includes.

  • Purchases are only in the mobile app.
