Unpaid means a membership payment is due. Either the club added the membership for you to pay, or a renewal payment failed and you're in a grace period. Tap the pay link on the membership to pay it. If it has disappeared, it has ended, been cancelled or been paused.
Pay an unpaid membership
Open the Profile tab.
Tap the membership under Memberships.
Tap pay now (or pay within … days) and pay.
If you see "pay within" a number of days, you're in a grace period. Pay before it ends to keep your membership.
Why did my membership disappear?
It ended. One-off memberships end on their end date.
A renewal failed and the club has no grace period, or the grace period ended, so the membership was cancelled.
The club cancelled or paused it.
You're in a different app. A club's own app only shows memberships at that club.
Good to know
Only the person who bought the membership can pay it.
Nettla doesn't send an email before an auto-renewing membership renews.
To change the card used for renewals, or if you think a payment is wrong, contact your club.
