What's the difference between the Nettla app and my club's own app?

Some clubs have their own app powered by Nettla. You use the same account, but each app only shows its own clubs.

Some clubs have their own app, with their own name and branding, powered by Nettla. You log in with the same Nettla account in both apps. Each app only shows the clubs it includes.

What's the same

  • Your login and account. Log in with the same email address.

  • Your bookings, memberships and club wallets at a club, if that club is in both apps.

What's different

  • A club's own app only shows that club and its other locations. Your bookings, purchases and wallets at other clubs only show in the Nettla app.

  • Some clubs are only in their own app. To book there, download the club's app.

  • Friends and direct messages are separate in each app. A friend in the Nettla app isn't automatically a friend in a club's app.

  • Some clubs' apps use their own level scale. If so, you set a level in that app separately.

Which app should I use?

Use the club's own app if the club asks you to, or if you can't find the club in the Nettla app. If you play at several clubs, the Nettla app shows them all in one place.

Good to know

You can have both apps installed. Push notifications about a club are sent to each app where that club is included.
