No. One Nettla account works at every club that uses Nettla, in the Nettla app and in clubs' own apps. Log in with the same email address everywhere.
What is shared across all clubs
Your login, name and profile picture.
Your personal details and player profile.
Your Nettla level, friends and match history.
What belongs to one club or club group
Memberships and club wallets belong to the club that sold them. Some clubs sell memberships and wallets that work at all their locations. The card shows Club or Company.
Each club has its own prices, booking rules and cancellation rules.
Joining a club
A club can see your details once you are on its player list. You join automatically when you book or buy something there, or when you use the club's activation link. You can also join yourself:
Open the club on the Home tab.
If you see a link icon at the top, tap it.
Tap Join now on Link account to club.
Good to know
Some clubs' own apps use their own level scale. If so, you set a level there separately, and it is only used at that club.
