When your club moves to Nettla, you get an email asking you to activate your account. Tap Activate your account in the email and log in with the same email address you used at the club before. Your membership, club wallet balance and level then carry over.
Activate your account
Open the email from your club about Nettla.
Tap Activate your account.
Download the app if you don't have it.
Log in with the same email address the email was sent to.
Complete your profile.
What carries over
Your membership.
Your club wallet balance.
Your padel level.
Profile details such as your phone number, where you haven't already filled them in.
Upcoming bookings
If your club has moved your upcoming bookings into Nettla, they appear under Upcoming on the Profile tab once you log in with the same email address. If you can't see a booking, ask your club.
Use the same email address
Everything is matched by email address. If you log in with a different email address, for example with Apple's Hide My Email or a Google account with another address, you get a new, empty account and nothing carries over.
Good to know
No email? Check your spam folder, or ask your club to resend it. You can also download the app, log in with the email address the club has for you, open the club, tap the link icon at the top and tap Join now.
