To create a Nettla account you need your name, your email address and your date of birth. You must be at least 16 years old. Some clubs also ask for more details, such as your phone number, the first time you book or buy something there.
When you create your account
Log in with your email, Google or Apple. Your email address comes from this step.
On Share your location, tap Continue. Your phone then asks for permission. You can say no and still use the app; it only helps us show the clubs nearest to you.
Choose at least one club for your club list and tap Continue.
On Complete your profile, enter your first and last name and your date of birth.
Tap Complete profile.
Why you need to be 16
Accounts are for players aged 16 or over. Younger players can be added as a child profile by a parent or guardian. See "How do I add my child's profile to my account?".
Extra details a club may ask for
Each club decides which extra details it needs. If something is missing, a Required information screen appears at checkout before you can pay. Fill in the fields and tap Save and continue. A club can ask for:
phone number
gender
street address, city, region, country and postcode
medical condition
emergency contact
date of birth
a communications email (only if you logged in with Apple's Hide My Email)
The screen can appear again later if the club starts asking for a new detail.
Details for matches, activities and memberships
Matches and padel or tennis activities ask for your level. Matches also ask for your playing hand and preferred side, and for your gender if the match is for one gender only. You fill these in once.
Some memberships ask extra questions or for a document on a Membership details screen.
Good to know
You can change most details later. See "How do I edit my personal details or profile picture?".
Your details are shared with a club when you book, buy or link your account to that club.
