You can change your name, phone number, address, medical condition and emergency contact in Personal details. Your email address and date of birth can't be changed in the app.
Edit your personal details
Open the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.
Tap Personal details.
Change the details you want.
Tap Save.
Change your profile picture
Open the Profile tab.
Tap your photo at the top.
Choose a photo from your phone and crop it.
Change your gender, level, playing side or hand
Open the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.
Tap Player profile.
Change the details and tap Save.
Details you can't change yourself
Email address: only Nettla support can change it. See "How do I change my email address?".
Date of birth: it is set when you create your account. Ask your club to correct it.
Gender: once set to Male or Female, it is locked. Ask your club to correct it. Prefer not to say can still be changed.
Level: you set it once. After that you can only lower a padel level, and you can't change a tennis level yourself. See "How do I change my Nettla level?".
Good to know
These settings are only in the mobile app. The player website has no profile settings.
