Nettla doesn't use passwords, so there is nothing to change or reset. You log in with a 6-digit code that we email to you, or with your Google or Apple account. The first time you log in, your account is created automatically.
Log in with your email
Open the Nettla app.
Tap Continue with email.
Enter your email address and tap Continue with email.
Check your inbox for an email called "Your login code".
Enter the 6-digit code and tap Verify email.
Log in with Google or Apple
Open the Nettla app.
Tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
Follow the steps from Google or Apple.
Continue with Apple is only shown on iPhone and iPad.
On the web
On the player website you can log in with your email or with Continue with Google. There is no Apple sign-in on the web.
Good to know
Always use the same email address. Your account, bookings, memberships and club wallets are tied to that email. If you log in with Google or Apple using a different email address, you get a second, separate account.
If you use Apple, choose Share My Email rather than Hide My Email, so your account uses your real email address.
