When a league round is full, you can join the league’s waitlist. In doubles, you choose your partner and you’re both added. Nothing is charged. The club decides who gets a place, and you’ll be told if you’re added.
When you’ll see the waitlist
Join waitlist appears instead of Sign up for next round when the round is full, or when other players are already on the waitlist.
Join the waitlist
Open the league and tap Join waitlist.
In doubles, tap Invite a partner under Partner and choose your partner. They must have a Nettla account.
Tap Join waitlist.
You’ll see “Added to waitlist”. In singles, tapping Join waitlist once adds you straight away.
What happens next
You get an email and a notification that you’re on the waitlist.
The club sees the waitlist in the order teams joined, and decides who to add.
If the club adds your team, you get a notification and an email with a Pay button. Each player pays their own share to confirm the place.
Good to know
Your partner is added with you and doesn’t need to accept.
If you or your partner are already in the league or on its waitlist, you can’t join again.
The waitlist is for the league, not just one round. You stay on it until the club adds or removes you.
You can’t leave a league waitlist in the app. Ask the club to remove you.
