How do I turn my child's profile into their own account?

When your child turns 16, you can move their child profile to an account of their own, keeping their bookings and level.

Written by Nettla

Once your child is 16 or older, you can turn their child profile into a full account with its own email address. Their bookings, memberships and level move with them.

Create their own account

  1. Open the Profile tab.

  2. Tap the switch-profile icon at the top right.

  3. Tap your child's profile.

  4. Tap Turn into real account.

  5. Enter the email address your child will use to log in and tap Submit.

  6. Enter the 6-digit code sent to that email address and tap Submit. The code works for 10 minutes. Tap Resend code if you need a new one.

  7. When you see Real account created, your child can log in with that email address.

What moves to the new account

  • Upcoming bookings, memberships and their level.

  • Their match history.

Good to know

  • The email address must not already belong to a Nettla account.

  • If you were paying for an auto-renewing membership for your child, it stops at the end of the current period. Your child can then buy their own.

  • The option only appears once your child is 16 or older.
