Your padel level goes up and down automatically from your match results. You can lower it yourself, but you can't raise it. Your club can set your level to any value if it's wrong.
Lower your padel level
Open the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Settings.
Tap Player profile.
Under My level is, tap − to lower your level. It moves in steps of 0.5.
Tap Save.
Tap Confirm.
The + button is greyed out above your current level, because "You can only lower your level manually. Increases happen automatically based on match results."
Raise your level
Win matches against players at or above your level. If your level is clearly too low, ask your club to change it.
Tennis
You set your tennis level once. After that, the controls are locked and only your club can change it.
Who can help
Your club can set your level to any value. Contact the club if your level is wrong. Nettla support can't change levels.
