At clubs with automatic lighting, the lights switch on a few minutes before your booking starts and off a few minutes after it ends, for example 10 minutes before and 5 minutes after. Each club sets its own times.
If the lights are off
Check you're on the right court and it's within your booking time.
On outdoor courts, some clubs keep the lights off in daylight.
Contact the club. It can switch the lights on and check the system.

You can't control the lights in the app.
