When you create the match, either widen the level range or choose Suggested under Level requirement. With Suggested, players outside the range can still join.
When you create the match
Widen the range under Which levels can join your match?, up to the limit your club allows.
Or choose Suggested under Level requirement: "If suggested level is selected, it allows players outside of the level range to join this match."
Or book a Court Booking, which has no level rules. Scores won't be reported.
If the match already exists
You can't change the level settings after booking. Ask the club to change them.
A player outside a Required range can tap Request to join, and the lead booker can accept. See "Can I join a match if my level is outside the range?".

Everyone still needs a level in the sport to join a padel or tennis match, even when it's Suggested.
