Matches where players "pay their parts" and activities may have an automatic cancellation rule set to them. Each club decides the rules regarding the timing for these cancellations, and they are in place to make sure enough players take part of a session for it togo ahead and happen.
If you were part of a match or an activity that happened to automatically cancel due to too few participants, you will receive a cancellation email and also a full refund for that purchase.
