When an opponent gets a push notification to ”Confirm the score” that was submitted by you or your partner, they can choose to ”Dispute the score” if it has been wrongfully added.
If your opponent disputes the score submitted, the club in which the matches was played at received an admin notification about the dispute, and has a 48 hour window to manually correct the score. So if a score was disputed, please contact the club quickly to work out the correct score being adjusted by their staff members.
