To cancel an auto-renewing membership, contact your club. You can't cancel it in the app. A one-off membership ends by itself on its end date.
Auto-renewing memberships
Contact your club and ask them to cancel your membership.
The club can end it straight away or at your next renewal date.
You'll get a cancellation email and notification.
The End membership link on your membership only tells you to contact the club. This protects any contract period or rules that come with the membership.
One-off memberships
They end automatically on the end date. You get a notification a few days before, and when it ends.
Refunds
Refunds for memberships are the club's decision. Ask the club.
Good to know
If a renewal payment fails, your membership may show Unpaid, or be cancelled. See "Why does my membership say Unpaid, or why has it disappeared?".
You can't delete your account while you have a membership.
