If your membership is non auto-renewal, simply just a one time purchase, it will automatically cancel when the end date is reached, so you do not need to do anything.
If your membership has an auto-renewal setting to, e.g. is subscription-based, you must contact the club for them to cancel your membership. This is to protect club rules about contract period or other settings that they may have included in the membership that you hold.
