In a match where everyone pays their part, you can tap Find a substitute to ask another player to take your spot. When they pay, you get a full refund, even after the cancellation deadline.
When you can use it
Public matches and private matches where players pay their part.
Before the match starts.
Not for court bookings or private matches paid in full.
Find a substitute
Open the match.
Tap Find a substitute.
Choose a friend or search for a player. Each player shows whether they Can take your spot.
Tap Ask [name] to take my spot.
You keep your spot until they pay. The screen shows Waiting for [name] to pay. To ask someone else, tap Withdraw request first.
What the other player sees
They get a notification and can Accept (and pay) or Decline.
Good to know
The substitute must meet the match's requirements, such as level and gender.
You can only have one request open at a time.
Your profile must be public to ask players.
Your refund goes back to how you paid, or to a club wallet if your club refunds to wallets.
