Some clubs run a Rewards program. You earn reward points for each hour you play there, and swap them for rewards offered by the club. If your club has one, you'll see a Rewards tab at the bottom of the app.
How you earn points
You earn points for every hour on court: court bookings, matches, activities, private coaching, regular weekly bookings and league matches. Each club sets how many points each type earns.
Points show as Pending once you've paid, and become usable once you've played.
Cancelled bookings don't earn points. Memberships and club wallets don't earn points.
Some clubs give birthday points, if your date of birth is on your account and you've paid for a booking there before.
You can also earn points by inviting friends. See "How do I invite a friend and earn referral points?".
See your points
Open the Rewards tab.
Your balance is under Reward Points, with any Pending points.
Tap View activity to see what you've earned and claimed.
Tap How does rewards work? to see how many points each type of booking earns.
Good to know
Reward points can't be used to pay at checkout. They're separate from club wallets.
Your points are shared across all the clubs in the same program.
Points can expire. Check the club's Rewards terms & conditions.
If you don't see the Rewards tab, the club you're viewing doesn't have a Rewards program.
