How do I report a score?

Report your match score in the app after the match, including unplayed and unfinished matches, and give feedback.

Written by Nettla

After your match ends, tap the "Report the score" notification, then tap Report score. If you've closed it, find it again under the bell icon on the Profile tab. Only one player needs to report.

Report the score

  1. Tap the notification "Report the score from your recently played match". If you've closed it, open the Profile tab, tap the bell icon at the top right and tap the notification there. Then tap Report score on the match.

  2. Under Was this match played?, tap Yes.

  3. Enter the games for each set.

  4. Tap Continue.

  5. Check the score and tap Submit Score.

  6. Rate the other players' level as As expected, Higher or Lower, then tap Continue.

The other team is then asked to confirm the score.

If the match wasn't played

Tap No under Was this match played? and tap Confirm. Nothing changes on anyone's level.

If the match wasn't finished

Enter the games as they stood when you stopped. See "What happens if our match wasn't finished?".
