How do I confirm or dispute a reported score?

Confirm or dispute the score the other team reported, the 4-hour deadline, and how your club resolves disputes.

Written by Nettla

When the other team reports a score, you get a notification asking you to confirm it. If it's wrong, tap Dispute and explain why. Your club then reviews it.

Confirm or dispute

  1. Tap the notification "Confirm the score that was reported from your match", or open the match.

  2. Check the score under Score confirmation.

  3. Tap Confirm if it's right.

  4. If it's wrong, tap Dispute, explain why, and tap Report.

You'll see "Dispute submitted". The club is notified.

Deadlines

  • You have 4 hours to confirm or dispute. After that, the score is confirmed automatically.

  • The club has 48 hours from when the score was reported to resolve a dispute. It either keeps the score or changes it.

What happens to levels

  • Levels update about an hour after the club resolves the dispute.

  • If the club doesn't resolve it in time, the score stays disputed and doesn't change anyone's level.

Good to know

  • Only the other team can confirm or dispute. Your partner can't confirm a score you reported.

  • If you've disputed a score, contact the club quickly so it can be resolved within 48 hours.
