Use a code in the app
Start a booking and go to Checkout.
Tap Apply code.
Enter the code under Promo code.
Tap Apply.
The link then shows Code applied. To remove it, tap it again and tap Remove code.
On the website
At checkout, enter the code under Discount code and tap Apply.
What codes work for
Court bookings, public and private matches, activities, private coaching and league matches.
Not memberships or club wallets.
The discount applies to the booking, not to extras such as racket hire.
What the messages mean
We couldn't find that code at this club: check the spelling. Codes only work at the club that created them.
This code isn't active yet or This code has expired: it can't be used today.
This code doesn't apply to this booking: it's for another type of booking, time or court, or you applied a club wallet first.
This code has already been used the maximum number of times.
Good to know
Codes aren't case-sensitive.
If you also want to use a club wallet, apply the code first, then the wallet.
Codes come from your club. Ask the club if a code doesn't work.
