You can join the waitlist for an activity once it's full. When a place opens up, everyone on the waitlist is notified at the same time, and the first person to book gets it.
Join the waitlist
Open the full activity session. It shows Full (waitlist available).
Tap Join waitlist. If others are waiting, it shows how many.
You'll see "Joined waitlist". For a course, join the waitlist on the first session.
Why can't I join the waitlist?
The Join waitlist button only appears if you could book the session yourself:
Create player profile or Set your level to join: you need a player profile for the sport, and for padel and tennis a level. Tap the button to set it up.
Sorry, you can't join this activity: you don't meet a requirement. Common reasons:
The session is for one gender and you're not that gender, or your gender isn't set or is Prefer not to say.
The session has an age limit and your date of birth is missing.
Your level is outside a Required level range.
If the session isn't full, you can just book it.
What happens when a place opens?
Everyone on the waitlist gets a push notification and an email at the same time.
The place goes to whoever books first. Being on the waitlist doesn't reserve it for you.
When you book, you're taken off the waitlist automatically.
Can I leave the waitlist?
Yes, while the session is still full: open it and tap Leave waitlist. Once a place opens, the button changes to Join.
Good to know
Matches don't have waitlists. If a match is full, look for another one.
To fix your gender or level, go to Profile → Settings → Player profile. To fix your date of birth, ask the club.
