Player substitution for public match and private matches

Can't make it for a match? Substitute your spot in the match and have another player join in your place (take your spot)

When can I use the substitute feature?

  • Only for 'public match and private match' with 'pay your part'

  • Only before the match starts

  • Not for regular court bookings

How it works

  1. On the match details screen in the mobile app, you can click Find substitute to replace yourself with another player

  2. The player you target received a push notification to take your spot

  3. If the player joins and pays their part, you will receive a full refund for the payment you originally made
