Can a score (and level change) be edited after a match score is submitted and confirmed?

Written by Nettla

If a score was both submitted and confirmed by opponents wrongfully, this is what is possible:

Score change:

Yes, Nettla can edit the score retroactively to reflect the true result, but only if we get the information to us from a club admin. Please let the club know to contact us in this moment.

Level change:

The level change caused by the wrong score can not be edited. The algorithm kicks in 60 min after the score is confirmed by an opponent, and adjusting the level after that creates a ripple effect across the system, and is therefore not possible.
