What happens when I submit a smart form?

If you have submitted a smart form, form, or enquiry at a club through the Nettla app, there are two things that can happen:

a. A club may check each submission manually before allowing you access to the potential benefits that the submission entails. If you want to ask about your status on this front, you can reach out to the club directly.

b. A club may use automation which gives you access to the potential benefits for the submission right away.
