How long does Nettla reserve money on my account before the charge happens?

How long Nettla reserves payment on your bank account before charging it, and what this means for bookings made more than 6 days in advance.

Written by Nettla

Nettla can reserve money on your bank account for up to 6 days. What happens after that depends on when your session takes place relative to when you made the booking:

Session within 6 days of booking: The reserved amount stays on your account until your session takes place, and is then charged automatically right after.

Session more than 6 days after booking: The reserved amount will be automatically charged on the 6th day from the date you made the purchase. Your potential refund (if applicable) will still be processed as normal.

Court bookings (pay your part) β€” what gets reserved?

For court bookings where players share the cost, the full court price is reserved on the lead booker's card at the time of booking, regardless of how many players have joined. This is to ensure the club's income is secured in all scenarios.

Each player who joins after the lead booker will also have their share reserved on their own card.

The final payment amounts are calculated 4 hours after the session ends. This gives players time to settle any last-minute details, and for players who joined at the court in the moment to be added to the booking.
