Yes, you can manually lower your own level in Nettla. However, it is not possible to manually increase it — level increases happen automatically based on your match results.
To lower your level, go to your Profile in the mobile app, then navigate to Settings -> Player Profile. From there, you will see a slider that lets you move your level down. Simply adjust it to the level you want and save your changes.
