After each match, Nettla’s algorithm calculates how your level changes based on the reported score. Your new level is shown once the score has gone through one of the following review journeys:
1️⃣ Score submitted → Score confirmed → 1-hour grace period
This is the most common case. When one player submits the score and a player on the opposing team confirms it, the result is locked in.
To allow the remaining players a chance to vote Higher or Lower on other player's performance, a 1-hour grace period follows before your updated level is displayed.
2️⃣ Score submitted → No confirmation → 24-hour auto-confirmation
If a player submits a score and no opponent confirms or disputes it within 24 hours, the score automatically stands as submitted. Your level is then updated based on that result.
3️⃣ Score submitted → Opponent disputes → 48-hour club review window
If an opponent disputes a submitted score, the club (admins) are given a 48-hour window to review and correct it.
Either the players can contact the club, or the club may reach out to the players to resolve the dispute before finalizing the result.
